GRANTS MANAGEMENT
The grant management module is used to record the contract details of grants issued by the non-governmental organizations to their implementing partners as well as the accounting details. It is dynamic to accommodate multi-phased grants and fully multi-currency. The grant card records the description, contract start & end date, bio data of the partner receiving the grant, phases, amount disbursed & accounted for and status of the contract.
It offers fully integrated and real-time debtors, creditors, cash book, general ledger and financial reporting. Its extensive scope includes receipt of funds from donors, distribution of these funds to implementing partners, recording budgets in the donor defined formats and then recording of expenditures and getting reports. These expenses and incomes can be maintained in different currencies. On an operational level, it ensures that the right amounts are billed and collected at the right time. On a strategic level, key performance and investment indicators are highlighted.
